Hijrah in the context: The Prophet’s mission elicits stiff resistance and persecution:

The blessed migration of the final Prophet (pbuh) was a turning point and a stepping stone for tremendous positive change. Muslims of all times have been both moved and inspired by the blessed migration, including the 1.6 billon Muslims residing in the world today. The migration marked the establishment of the first free vibrant Muslim community. This session will allow attendees to understand the dynamics and historical context of the great migration, while looking at some of the major events leading up to it. The session will also highlight the sacrifices, resilience, and dedication of the early reverts to Islam. Detailed analysis and stories of one youth, one adult and one woman, during the hijrah period, will be made accessible and pertinent to the audience. You will take with you practical, dynamic and powerful lessons following the session.  Join this session to learn from the unmatched spirits of historical accounts that have been told for 1432 years.
